Know the cost before funds move.
Serum shows its fee before an authorized action. This agreement explains what Serum charges and what comes from the network or another provider.
Effective July 26, 2026Serum is self-directed trading software. You control whether to submit or arm a plan, blockchain activity is irreversible, and trading can result in the loss of all funds used.
Launch fee
Serum charges 1.50% of the applicable launch amount, subject to any minimum displayed in the launch terminal. The final preflight shows the Serum fee before you authorize execution.
Trading and automation fee
For supported buys, sells, Quick Bundles, and automated executions, Serum charges the higher of 1.75% of the completed action or the wallet-count minimum shown below. The minimum scales with the number of execution wallets used for the action. There is no maximum Serum platform fee; the percentage and any displayed eligible account discount continue to apply as the action size increases.
Separate third-party costs
Solana network fees, priority fees, Jito tips, token-account rent, DEX charges, token transfer taxes, slippage, and price impact are not Serum fees. They may be paid to independent networks or providers and can vary rapidly. A failed or expired transaction may still incur certain network costs where the network processed work.
Discounts, quotes, and changes
Eligible holder or promotional discounts are applied when shown. A displayed live quote can change before submission as prices, wallet count, network costs, or eligibility change. The final amount shown in Serum before authorization controls for that action.
We may change Serum fees prospectively by updating this agreement and the in-product disclosure. Material changes require renewed acceptance. We do not retroactively change fees for completed actions.
Authorization and contact
By accepting this Fee Agreement, you authorize Serum to calculate, collect, and route the displayed Serum fee as part of an action you manually authorize or an automation you explicitly arm. Contact support@xserumx.com with a fee question and include the transaction signature when available.
