The trenches operating package

Find the market, bundle the entry, manage the exit.

Serum is built around the live trading loop first. Launch support is there when a team needs it, but the main console is for moving through fresh markets with clearer wallet, position, and automation controls.

01 / Fresh market radar

Spot new tokens and move them into Trenches fast.

Watch new launchpad markets, compare live market cap, liquidity, age, volume, and open the token directly in the trading console when it is time to act.

02 / Wallet bundling

Enter through controlled wallet lanes.

Route capital across execution wallets, track inventory, and keep the treasury separated so active positions stay easier to read.

03 / Automation + exits

Start, pause, reduce, or sell all from one place.

Pick a Serum mode, run guarded cycles, arm multiplier exits, or close every wallet position when speed matters.

Meet your Serum AI agent

Tell Beaky the trade. Review the plan. Stay in control.

Beaky is the AI agent built directly inside Serum. Talk to him in plain language to understand the terminal, prepare a buy or sell strategy, plan entries and exits, or revise an active plan without rebuilding it from scratch.

Beaky turns the conversation into a clear strategy card for you to inspect. He checks the loaded token, wallet availability, timing, market conditions, fees, and execution limits before anything can be armed. Every strategy still requires your explicit confirmation.

One workspace, different workflows

Trench first, launch capable.

Most users come here to find tokens, route wallets, and trade. For teams that need it, the launch console adds token setup, protected first entries, and a clean handoff into the same Trenches workflow.

01

Find the token

Use Serum Radar or paste a CA to load the market into Trenches.

02

Route the wallets

Create protected treasury and execution lanes, then choose the capital you want active.

03

Trade the move

Bundle an entry, run a mode, buy manually, or reduce from all wallets.

04

Launch when needed

Selected teams can prepare token details, launch wallets, and hand off into Trenches after the market opens.

Five operating modes

Match the automation to the market.

Each mode changes how Serum behaves while wallets stay organized. Switch posture, pause, sell all, or return to manual trading without rebuilding the workspace.

01
FlowStructured market support

Balances inventory, fee buffers, and measured activity as the market develops.

02
PulseResponsive execution

Reacts to active market windows with configurable spacing and sizing.

03
SurgePosition building

Prioritizes controlled accumulation while reducing unnecessary automatic sells.

04
ShieldCapital preservation

Uses smaller actions and wider decisions when protection matters most.

05
PrimeManual command

Keeps automated decisions offline while your team controls execution.

Turnkey-secured managed wallets

Protected signing built for fast execution.

Serum uses Turnkey-backed wallet infrastructure to protect signing keys while Serum coordinates trading, automation, launches, and treasury controls from one isolated workspace. Account security is enforced with 2FA, protected sessions, and optional passkeys.

  • Turnkey-secured managed wallet sets for treasury and execution lanes
  • Continuous protected signing for Quick Bundle and armed automation
  • 2FA-protected account access with optional phishing-resistant passkeys
  • Isolated workspaces with owner controls for roles, account disablement, and sessions
  • Preflight policy checks and auditable transaction history before signing
  • Protected external withdrawals from the treasury to a verified Solana address
Serum operates these managed wallets through Turnkey and does not expose or export their private keys. Users can move supported assets out through Serum's protected external-withdrawal flow.Review security documentation

01What is the Serum beta?

Serum is currently in a controlled private beta with limited account access. Approved users can test the live terminal with real supported Solana markets while we monitor execution quality, support needs, and platform capacity.

02What fees does Serum charge?

Serum currently charges 1.75% on supported completed buys, sells, Quick Bundles, and automated executions, or the displayed wallet-count minimum when that is higher. Launch actions currently use a 1.50% platform fee. Network fees, priority fees, Jito tips, token-account rent, DEX costs, slippage, and price impact are separate. The final review shows the applicable Serum fee before authorization.

03What is multi-wallet execution?

Instead of routing an action through one wallet, Serum can coordinate the same planned trade across your active execution wallets. Quick Bundle divides one total buy amount across those wallets, while grouped sells and automation can manage the position across the full active wallet set.

04Why are Treasury and Execution wallets separate?

Treasury is the funding and collection wallet. Execution wallets are the wallets Serum uses for trading and armed automation. After depositing SOL into Treasury, use Bulk Fund to distribute the amount you want active across the execution wallets before placing buys.

05What can Beaky do?

Beaky turns plain-language requests into reviewable strategy cards, helps navigate Serum, and can prepare supported entries, exits, timers, take-profit rules, stops, and market-cap triggers. Beaky cannot arm a strategy or move funds without the confirmation required by Serum.

06Does an armed trigger guarantee a fill?

No. A trigger starts an execution attempt when Serum observes the condition. Liquidity, slippage, price impact, network conditions, priority routing, and token behavior can still prevent or change the final fill. Review activity and transaction receipts after every action.

07How do I report a problem?

Use Report a bug below to email Serum support with what you were doing, what you expected, what happened, and your device or browser. Include a screenshot or public transaction signature when useful. Never send a password, 2FA code, seed phrase, or private key.
